Founder and Owner Michael Conners has spent over 25 years working in commercial real estate for TD Bank, Claremont Companies and as principal for CME Real Estate. His focus and expertise is sourcing new real estate opportunities, underwriting, financing, multifamily ownership, hotel development, office leasing, land development, acquisitions, legal negotiations, and asset management.
After graduating from Providence College and earning his MBA full time at Babson College, Mike joined TD Bank and worked as an Analyst and Lender for their New England commercial real estate division. There he provided capital for a variety of asset classes to include office, multi-family, retail, residential construction, and self-storage.
In 2006, Mike joined Claremont Companies Executive Team and began a 16 year career with Claremont Companies (www.claremontcorp.com) focusing on acquisitions, underwriting, financing, asset management, and development of a variety of different asset classes to include multi-family, hotels, office, land, industrial, and office leasing. In addition, Mike developed ongoing banking and capital relationships with financial institutions such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, 5th Third, and US Bank and many regional banks such as Eastern Bank, Rockland Trust, People’s Bank, and Hingham Savings.
Mike was involved with all aspects of Claremont’s real estate ownership and development cycle. New acquisitions and development assets during this time included large scale multi-family, Marriott and Hilton branded hotels, Class A office, Class A industrial, and raw land from Massachusetts to Florida. Total amount of acquisitions, development, and financings were over $950MM throughout his 16 year career.
