Today, CME’s portfolio of over 20 properties is solely operated by the principal Michael Conners as he oversees the existing portfolio while searching and locating new projects and properties to invest in.
Fortunately, CME is extremely grateful to have dedicated sub-contractors and industry experts in which the company relies on for their expertise and advice to navigate property ownership. These experts include carpenters, plumbers, electricians, demo specialists, HVAC techs, painters, cleaners, attorneys, paralegals, bankers, landscapers, mortgage brokers, leasing brokers, masons, investment brokers, roofers, framers, architects, interior designers, insulators, building inspectors, insurance agents, appraisers, abutters, 1031 advisors, other building owners, accountants, RE podcast producers, and even….an occasional pest control specialist.
In addition to contractors and industry contacts, CME Real Estate is grateful for the tenants and residents who choose to live or operate their business in the properties. The key to successful real estate ownership is attracting and placing great tenants within the buildings.
